This mini fryer in matt Cromargan stainless steel (27.5 x 23.5 x 20 cm) offers 1000 W of power and an optimal oil capacity of 0.8 to 1.0 liters, ideal for small kitchens.

Suitable for frying with oil or solid fat, it guarantees efficient cooking while using little fat.

Its removable lid with window incorporates an automatic opening for practical use. The temperature is easily adjustable between 150 and 190 °C thanks to a large regulator.

The basket, which can be operated using a foldable handle, makes lifting and compact storage easy. An odor filter integrated into the lid reduces cooking disturbances, while components such as the coated oil reservoir, lid with gasket, and filter are dishwasher-safe, ensuring quick and easy maintenance.
